-Manage financial integrity of a high volume of ongoing projects -Oversee and coordinate the triggering and receiving activities between project managers and Finance-Coordinate with various headquarters functions such as A/P, A/R, & Project Setup-Provide controllership around material purchases and PO issuances-Oversee and supervise quarterly physical inventory audits-Lead regularly scheduled financial and operational reviews with Senior Management. -Review and provide analysis of monthly operating expenses for the leadership. -Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting-Monitor and assist in enforcing internal controls in field operations-Drive BD efforts with customer to gain market share and increase SOW-Work with leadership team and BD to grow new customers and adjacent markets-Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability-Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation-Evaluate overall performance-Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

-Supports the Market with sound financial analysis, reporting and insight to drive practical solutions that result in maximizing regional level profit while working cross-functionally with Coporate, Operations, and Human Resources.-Creates metrics and benchmarking tools for management use to drive financial and operating efficiences.-Manages and coach a high performing financial analyst team. .

-Supports the Market and help identify, research, and coordinate all financial aspects of the projects; including gross margin analysis, cost budget overages, and billings. - Works with operations team to resolve financial issues on projects. - Reviews financial project reconciliations during the life of the projects and key project metrics to identify issues. - Actively drives market billings, monthly reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and projections.
