• Provide comprehensive project management of meetings and events in the development, coordination, and implementation from inception through reconciliation• Create and manage rooming lists, arrival and departure manifests, on-site staff schedule, and program resume detailing room layouts, food and beverage, offsite venues, and audio visual needs• Adhere to program budgets, hotel and vendor contracts, deadlines, and overall client needs• Develop and manage online registration system for each program • Serve as a Travel Director for domestic and international programs• Excel in a task-driven and fast-paced environment by exhibiting effective organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects and work in a team environment

• Support client teams by implementing preparations for upcoming events and assisting onsite event needs, researching client development opportunities, contributing to fundraising projects and helping with general clerical responsibilities • Coordinate logistics and interact with various client representatives, members, sponsors, vendors and other organization contacts to help meet all client goals

• Collaborate with President, Vice President, and Account Executives on fundraising, grassroots, and consulting projects for political clients• Assist with the planning and coordinating of meetings for clients and donors• Execute organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills in handling various tasks for political fundraising events, research and bookkeeping

• Assist with onsite event management prior to, during, and post events for the Taste of Fort Collins, Park City Food & Wine Classic, Steamboat Wine Festival, and other various events• Observe client intake and event logistics, with special focus on liquor logistics and inventory• Manage all social media platforms and app for the Steamboat Wine Festival to raise awareness of the event and to communicate and interact with patrons
