Worked with clinical management team to improve program evaluation and to measure long-term clinical impact of agency programs. To do this, I consulted program directors to assist in accurately measuring programs' intended outcomes through the creation of logic models, fidelity questionnaires, data collection procedures, and reporting requirements. I was the project manager of an agency-wide longitudinal/impact study (developed methodology, created survey, collected data, oversaw call center of 5 people). I conducted data analysis, wrote statistical reports, (for internal and external use), and presented results.

I was accepted for an international research program through the University of Milan, Euroscholars Undergraduate Research Program. I assisted on the project: A Personalized Cognitive-based approach to Empower Cancer Patients with the aim of cross-culturally validating a clinical instrument (ALGA Questionnaire) to measure cognitive aspects of cancer patients’ quality of life with the goal of enhancing patient-doctor communication and medical decision making. I contributed to a manuscript about eliminating particular terminology from breast cancer practice (a cognitive perspective) which was accepted for publication.
