I am a sophomore in the Haslam College of Buisness at the University of Tennessee and I am working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a concentration in Accounting. I have always had a very high attention to detail and time management. In my current position as a Retail Sales Associate it is my responsibility to pay attention to our ratio of customers who entered the store to who actually purchased something. Using this information provides our company the ability to produce financial statements. I always meet my deadlines and never miss due dates. I am very on top of my work and studies as they are my top priority. These strengths have lead me to promotions such as shift leader which has much more responsibility in inventory and store analytics.My career goal is to work in the finance industry with a focus on commercial banking. I have always known I wanted to work in banking and more on the accounting side of things. I want to have the opportunity to provide customers with financial services. I have always wanted to live in New York and am considering some high profile banking companies with offices in New York City.
