Whitney was the Wyoming Children's Justice Project Coordinator responsible for administering, planning, managing, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the Children’s Justice Project, which is a program federally funded through Court Improvement Program grants. The primary purpose of the program is to improve outcomes for abuse and neglected children in the court system.

Provide organizational, project, and technology consulting for government and not-for-profit organizations as a management consultant. Solve and improve the client’s strategy, organization, programs, structure, operations, projects, or management.
