Joined Swift Real Estate Partners focusing on West Coast value-add office and industrial properties as a Construction Manager. Delivered technical and administrative management services for capital improvement projects. Provided construction management, plan review, project inspection, and on-call inspection services. Assisted with the due diligence of assets Swift Real Estate Partners was considering for acquisition, identified and defined scope of work, and obtained estimate to develop the scope of work.

Joined as a Project Management Director within the Project and Development Services group and Practice Area Lead for Data Center Project Management. Delivered oversight and strategic direction to a team of project managers responsible for executing tenant improvement projects. Established and cultivated relationships with Broker community. Led the deployment of large-scale construction projects including budgeting, forecasting, work allocation, scheduling, etc. Ensured all services were delivered according to contractual commitments through the line organization.

Led a capital project management team working on the San Jose campus to execute approximately $95M of capital construction annually. I focused on supporting the team by providing guidance, resources, role definition and training to give them the tools they need to deliver their best work.

Responsible for end-to-end project management for on-campus capital construction including data centers, labs, and interiors for global networking/technology company. Responsibilities included coordinating with client to program the project, oversee design and construction, cash flow forecasting, risk identification, etc. Coordinated a team of occupancy planners, facility managers, architects, engineers, clients and end users in all phases to drive the project to successful completion.

My focus was mission critical environments including data centers, call centers and trading floors for a wide range of clients primarily financial, high tech, and healthcare. In addition to mission critical projects, I was involved in the design of healthcare facilities, corporate interiors, central plants, and restaurants. My responsibilities included Operational Management of a team of engineers and drafters, Project Management, Business Development, and Engineering of electrical infrastructure.
