Once the pandemic struck we needed to quickly adapt and innovate our sales model in order to fit the virtual classroom and find a different avenue of reaching students and families. One of my greatest successes this year has been creating the earliest model for virtual promotion and recruitment strategies that is now being used to train sales consultants across our Denver and Boston offices and is now the standard for how we do business.I manage our regional consultants who support all of the sales territories on our team in Southern California by discussing goals, KPIs, relationship management with the territory managers they support, and how to become effective sales consultants. I was responsible for logistics management, conflict resolution, and crisis management for a full six-day high-end active travel production. I offered white glove service to our high-profile guests, and facilitated difficult logistics with professionalism and discretion.
