Worked in the artistic department, coordinating all guest artists as well as the profession pianists managed internally. My daily responsibilities included, coordinating all travel, communications, and hospitality for artists, producing and executing all contracts, tracking expenses, maintaining databases and website. I also produced monthly concerts in Bass Hall, including the coordination of all staff, artistic logistics, and backstage needs.
