Graduated from Merrill Lynch's Global Technology Leadership Program and subsequently recruited by WR Hambrecht + Co, a boutique investment bank focused on using the Internet and auction processes for raising capital in public markets. Over seventeen years with WRH+Co, I led the development of patented, technology-enabled solutions covering nearly every aspect of the capital raising process. I spent 2017-2020 traveling weekly between NYC and Nevada as COO & CTO of a leading technology-driven trust company with a focus on digital and alternative asset custody and capital raising back-office automation. I joined ClearList in September of 2020 to change the landscape of solutions for private companies, including shareholder management, and secondary trading by way of our unique private company Alternative Trading System. Now, via Brassica Technologies Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries, my talented team and I are creating the ultimate intersection between alternative asset issuance and secondary transaction activity by addressing fundamental infrastructure gaps in the full lifecycle of alternative investments.
