I serve on the leadership team of the Seattle Colleges Foundation cultivating corporate and other community partnerships and supporting workforce initiatives. I can’t wait to go to work every day because I get to find ways to bridge innovative organizations with our inspiring, inclusive mission and impressive students.I’ve spent decades working across sectors and around the world, with organizations like Microsoft, American Express, and the U.S. State Department. I've advised everyone from C-level executives to elected officials and have been fortunate to do engaging work on diverse, high-performing teams. I'm known for quickly and gracefully adapting to new environments and dynamic situations, especially when the stakes are high and challenges are ahead. I've taught part-time, most recently for the University of Washington's Communication Leadership program, and wrote a book called Propel: Five Ways to Amp up Your Marketing and Accelerate Business (Weiser Publishing).
