In addition to maintaining caseload of up to 32 clients per week, directorial duties include but are not limited to the following; build training manuals for clinicians, provide new hire and monthly trainings, monitor compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, performance evaluations and manage client/clinician concerns.

Tranquil Waters Counseling, LLC. provides mental health counseling services for individuals, couples, and families. I enjoy working with adolescent and adult clients to help them cope with difficult emotions, stress and anger management, grief and bereavement, relational concerns, parenting skills, and increasing overall self-esteem. Utilizing cognitive behavioral, solution focused, motivational enhancement, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) techniques, my goal is to help my clients adjust to life changes as well as process and ultimately resolve trauma.

The Osceola Outpatient Center provides outpatient services for Osceola County adults and adolescents in need of non-residential substance abuse treatment services. The Outpatient Center offers comprehensive, confidential counseling services and consultation for individuals and businesses using evidence based treatment approaches which include individual, family and group counseling.

The Women and Children Residential Treatment Program offers comprehensive and intensive residential treatment for women, women with children, or pregnant and postpartum women. The program utilizes an evidence-based treatment model which addresses the needs of women with both mental health issues and substance use disorders. Services offered are; individual, group and family counseling; case management; parenting education; life skills development; trauma services; vocational/educational services; mental health and medical assessment/treatment; and referrals.

The primary function of this position is to assist SARC and the Coordinator of Academic Support Services in creating and implementing academic support for FTIC students through the Pegasus Success & SOAR programs each year, coordinating the Learning Fair, organizing Academic Outreach Programming, and facilitating Academic Success Workshops at the University of Central Florida.

The Community Counseling and Research Center is a state of the art clinical training facility with 10 counseling rooms including a play therapy and adolescent therapy room. The Clinic offers free individual, couple and family counseling sessions and occasional group-counseling programs.With the exception of short semester breaks, the Community Counseling and Research Center operates weekdays, evenings, and occasional Saturday days throughout the year. Counseling sessions are usually 45-50 minutes in length. Over 1,200 individuals receive services annually! As a Practicum counselor, I have conducted counseling sessions with individuals and couples while under direct supervision while maintaining client records and assessment data each week.

Gathered initial intake information from clients to assess their suitability for services at the Community Counseling and Research Center. Scheduled appointments and provided appropriate referrals when necessary.
