I was brought to Citrix as a Project Management Consultant to drive various Talent Acquisition key initiatives. In this role, I completed process improvement projects involving recruiter metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), streamlining the interview process, creating Recruiter Scorecards, evaluating and identifying candidate assessment tools, administering and analyzing hiring manager and new hire satisfaction surveys, improving the candidate experience, diversity recruitment strategies, implementing sourcing strategies, and vendor contract agreements and implementation.
