Current•Kept Marketing Manager duties in addition to Marketing Director responsibilities.•Oversee external agencies and marketing service providers to implement strategic marketing programs, assess performance, and onboard new resources. •Partner with the Chief Brand Officer to lead the marketing team in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives across diverse channels, including video, audio, digital and social media, email and mobile messaging, print, out-of-home, direct mail, collateral, and on-site merchandising. •Manage sponsorship and partnership marketing, as well as public and media relations. •Collaborate closely with leaders and product line managers to determine business strategies that align with organizational objectives. •Leverage consumer research and analytics to develop customer-centric initiatives that yield a high return on investment. •Administer a $3.8MM budget for marketing, media, production, and analytics, ensuring efficient resource allocation. •Supervise project management and workflow within the Marketing Department, averaging 1500 projects per year. •Enhanced the Marketing compliance review process, achieving a 77% approval rate in 2024, a significant increase from 40% in 2023. Spearhead the development and management of the Marketing compliance review processes and procedures. •Collaboratively developed and executed a competitor intrusion package that generated $1.1MM in opening balances through targeted marketing efforts, including signage, A/B direct mail and email campaigns, in-app mobile and online banners, and events. •Led the development of marketing plans and materials in partnership with leaders for cross-selling campaigns like SMTM, resulting in $5.8MM in revenue from targeted direct mail and email initiatives directed at clients.
