• Administers all contract management processes at a project level.
• Maintains a consistent open line of communication to strategic customers to provide timeline and issue management and status updates. Collaborates with other Contracts team members to ensure questions and issues.
• Anticipates risk/benefit issues and troubleshoots to resolve any concerns.
• Escalates deviations to department leadership and/or Legal Department.
• Identifies possible contract or process operational risk and proactively works within the team to provide solutions.
• Reviews contracts for completeness and accuracy, and ensures that corrections are appropriately made and documented. Performs overall quality control review of assigned team contracts.

- Serves as communication liaison between Contracts & Functional Services staff and internal and external customers. - Maintain detailed tracking and update of the “Weekly Finance/Contract and Change Order Report” for submittal to the Executive Management Team and Therapeutic Heads.- Develop and provide weekly and quarterly financial to Executive.

- Create, maintain and track document repository for all study related documents in accordance with guidelines to ensure compliance and security.- Participate in preparation and reconciliation of study documentation including the archival and shipping to sponsors.- Receive and inventory applicable project documents, Trial Master File Documentation.
