About Whitney Feldman Mha

I began my career as a staff respiratory therapist, working in acute care. I then had the opportunity to pursue a career in the management of invasive ventilator units with Linde RSS. This position played a pivotal role in my career to date. During my time with Linde RSS, I was able to successfully manage four separate invasive ventilator units throughout the Southeast United States while enabling SNFs to increase revenue.Contracting with SNFs within the confines of their walls taught me the importance of and the ability to manage contractual relationships in a transparent, trustworthy and loyal manner. With Alana Healthcare, I managed the national clinical and operational creation and implementation of population health management programs. Additionally managing client relationships with numerous national insurance providers, hospital organizations and ACOs as well as analyzation of business practices nationally to ensure quality of care is delivered while reducing healthcare costs. I also nationally recruited and managed medical directors to serve as part of the population health management team for AHC.I have now been with PMC since February of 2016. I reside in Ames, IA and serve as the company’s Senior Regional Director. I love that my job with PMC has brought me back to Iowa and working within small communities, much like the one I was raised in.
