• Serve as the primary communication conduit between the client and speaker• Actively handle planning and logistics for 30+ events at a time • Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve challenges throughout the event planning process • Organize large amounts of information, activities, and details to ensure a seamless event • Create thorough and accurate event documents that reflect all major aspects and details of the event• Swiftly and seamlessly switch between tasks and activities to ensure that all commitments are progressing at an acceptable pace• Attend local events to act as the speaker’s handler, handle issues that arise, and to ensure event logistics run smoothly• Create post-event invoices to cover travel and all contracted expenses • Provide on-board training and ongoing education to new Event Managers • Handle all escalated logistics issues and/or client questions • Mentor and represent strong leadership qualities for the Event Management team
