• Senior management team member, supervise and mentor New Media department comprised of four full-time staff members and a ten-month, full-time fellow• Increase brand awareness of the MAAC through the conference’s online video portal MAAC.TV, the MAAC’s website MAACSports.com, the MAAC’s App and at MAAC Championships and events• Assist and communicate with the League’s outside sales agency to manage sponsorship inventory, coordinate sponsor contract fulfillment and develop sales strategies• Responsible for development and implementation of social media, communications, video and marketing strategies• Negotiate and manage the HD webstreaming, LED digital signage, licensing and web service contracts • Develop video features for MAAC.TV’s on-demand content including post-game highlights, championship previews, post-season recaps, coach and student-athlete interviews and sports features• Work with athletic administration at all MAAC institutions to execute MAAC marketing and communication initiatives• Oversee all broadcasts, digital and TV, of broadcasts on ESPN’s family of networks, MAAC Championships and MAAC Awards Shows which recognize student-athlete achievements on and off the field• Use Google Analytics to generate usage reports for the MAAC website and online video portal• Interact with coaches and administration across all sports and all schools

• Manage social networking mediums, including Twitter and Facebook to increase followers• Oversee over 40 televised productions on ESPN2, ESPNU and ESPN3 • Develop and implement on-campus student activities and competitions to increase MAAC and sponsor awareness• Plan and supervise the MAAC Honor Roll, a donor cultivation event for the MAAC’s member institutions• Manage sponsor elements, MAAC branding efforts and in-game interviews for broadcasts on ESPN networks• Design and create graphics in Adobe CS5 for digital media production, print and online materials • Develop and manage SAAC program efforts including student-athlete travel, event scheduling and lodging. Biannual meetings take place at a MAAC institution and Disney World in Orlando, FL• Support MAAC and NCAA championships in various championship roles

• Managed the fulfillment of corporate sponsorships including promotional spots on ESPN networks, print advertisements, and on-site marketing initiatives and assisted with the development of new partnerships• Assisted with special and corporate sponsorship events• Worked closely with ESPN Regional Television coordinating all televised broadcasts• Developed and executed marketing plans to increase awareness and ticket sales• Designed and created marketing materials for MAAC Championships and events to increase fan awareness and attendance• Assisted with conference-wide women’s basketball marketing efforts including MAAC Gives Back, Bus Brigade, Think Pink and Pack the House Challenge
