Prior to the acquisition, he was President / GM of Serviz, where he was responsible for strategy and operations of the business, including product, marketing, customer service, and sales, and he was part of the founding team. Previously, he led corporate business development and new product initiatives at ReachLocal, where he helped build ReachLocal's end-to-end solutions for local businesses, including expansion into marketing automation software, SaaS business management tools, websites, and mobile ad products. Prior, he was with VantagePoint Venture Partners. His boards / investments there included ReachLocal (IPO), Widevine (acquired by Google), Multiply (acquired by Naspers), Zvents (acquired by eBay), and Phreesia (NYSE: PHR).Before VantagePoint, he was responsible for acquisitions, venture investing, and corporate strategy for Cisco Systems’ Corporate BD group, where he led transactions involving communications software, enterprise collaboration, mobile / wireless, digital media, and consumer tech.
