With a passion for financial independence and a commitment to Client satisfaction, I have dedicated my career to ensuring that customers are delighted with the products and services they receive. My journey began in 1994 in Romania, where I supplied telecommunications equipment, including medium and large PBX systems and keypad telephones, replacing outdated rotary models. This period coincided with the publication of the influential article "Engineering Customer Experiences" in Marketing Management magazine, which deeply resonated with my approach to customer service.In 2000, I relocated to Ukraine at my brother's request to assist in developing his marketing research and management consulting company, Action Data Group. By around 2010, according to the Ukrainian Marketing Association (UMA), Action Data Group was recognized for its exceptional quality and transparency, ranking third nationwide.In 2013, I transitioned to a new role with the company Allo (Ukraine), aiming to enhance the customer experience for their Clients. Now, as Chief Experience Officer in the company, I remain dedicated and continue to work diligently towards this objective.Nevertheless, the wealth of experience I have accumulated over nearly 30 years should not remain solely my own, and I am committed to sharing it with others. Additionally, I am eager to continue learning and to participate in initiatives that elevate customer experience to new heights of satisfaction.
