Compromise with the world is evident throughout the church today; instead of leading their sheep into the deeper things of God, pastors today are more interested in increasing their numbers and building bigger sanctuaries. For those Christians satisfied with the superficial interaction brought about by flashy entertainment, social activities, and a conviction-free Gospel, the church as we know it today will be quite fulfilling.All Christians will experience the influence of the Holy Spirit in their walk urging them on to sanctification, but not all Christians will welcome every change required. We have all been endowed with a free will and God will not force you to embrace the changes He wants to see in you. But if you are one of those that desire all that God wants for you, then you have but to take the first step toward Him, and He will take the remaining nine.
