Currently responsible for all facets of API platform management and day to day operations for the end-to-end managed API technologies globally. The API Management (APIM) platform currently facilitates more than 500 MM transactions per day serving internal and external Citi clients in the Institutional and Consumer businesses.

Program included:o Strategic Vendor Management  Responsible for enterprise software budget of approximately $25 MM.• Initiated and implemented a program to design metrics and accountability tracking for a set of critical initiatives requested by senior management. Developed a multi tiered dashboard to track progress against stated goals. Result was significantly higher compliance levels with corporate standards
