Above all, Walter excelled in creating new visions and successfully implementing and deploying growth strategies in a complex environment, while connecting stakeholders, creating customer intimacy and improving efficiency, safety and profitability. Walter has served as Chairman, Group CEO and Board Director of companies in the Netherlands, the US, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, India, Australia and Africa. Walter has a doctorate from the University of Twente in Educational Technology.
