I am a Senior Account Manager, Public Service at Northern Commerce, a leading digital agency that delivers web development, e-commerce, and marketing solutions to clients across North America.My passion is to build and empower digital transformation strategies for large government, nonprofit and higher education institutions. I seek partnerships within the public service to design powerful digital solutions to solve real-life operational challenges - to build solutions that digitize services, leverage AI and automation tools, and drive organizational efficiency measures that saves time and budget. I love what I do, and have so much good news and advice to share! I also have a strong interest and background in social policy, having worked in business, government, and non-profits over the last 15 years. During my career, I have contributed to the Ontario Poverty Reduction Strategy, the Expert Advisor Panel on Homelessness, and the Local Poverty Reduction Fund, using systems thinking, disruptive creativity, and challenging embedded assumptions.
