Wia Berlin Netzwerk
CurrentWOMEN IN ARCHITECTURE BERLIN gründete sich 2019 mit dem Ziel ein WIA Berlin Festival auszurichten. Initiiert und koordiniert von dem Berliner Planerinnennetzwerk n-ails e.V., der Architektenkammer Berlin als Kooperationspartnerin, Regula Lüscher, damalige Senatsbaudirektorin, als Schirmfrau und mit vielen andere Institutionen der Berliner Baukultur fand das erste WIA Festival 2021 in Berlin statt. Es stieß auf große Resonanz und hat viel bewegt. Seitdem besteht ein looses WIA Netzwerk unter den Berliner Institutionen (Berufsverbände, Vereine, Initiativen, öffentliche Einrichtungen, Galerien etc.), um das Ziel mehr #Sichtbarkeit von Frauen in der Baukultur konsequent weiter zu verfolgen. Initiated and coordinated by the Berlin network of female planners n-ails e.V., the Berlin Chamber of Architects as a cooperation partner, Regula Lüscher, former Senate Building Director, and with many other institutions of Berlin's building culture, the first WIA Festival 2021 took place in Berlin. It met with a great response and achieved a great deal. Since then, there has been a loose WIA network among Berlin institutions (professional associations, associations, initiatives, public institutions, galleries, etc.) to consistently pursue the goal of more #visibility of women in building culture.
