As the Displays and Dive Manager, I am responsible for managing a wide range of activities including dive operations, animal welfare, LSS & water quality, and animal behavior research. As the Display Curator, I managed my team to achieve the best environment and welfare for our animals. Besides the management and care for our animals, I conducted studies on shark behaviour and nutrition. In Munich I worked in a small team of aquarists to ensure best animal welfare and guest experience. Worked on assessing the Mobula and Manta ray fisheries in the Bohol Sea. The work was highly based on communication with local fishermen and good teamwork. The work included data collection and processing as well as analysing. The Aquarium Wilhelmshaven is a small non-profit business. It includes sections oftropical waters as well as north-sea.
