Executive Advisor for Chief IT Officer (CIO). Member of TDC Development & IT Management Team.I play a key role in setting the direction and facilitating the development of the IT department, as well as being a strategic sparring partner to the CIO. The LEAN inspired concept focuses on continuous improvements that are necessary to increase business efficiency, revenue as well as customer and employee satisfaction. The role of the TDC 2.0 Change Manager is in collaboration with the management team to analyze the department to create a holistic view of the potentials for improvements. Subsequently designing new processes, knowledge sharing methods and review structures. Finally implementing the new LEAN tools and management coaches in the application.

Responsible for creating full transparency in CAPEX investments throughout DONG Energy's portfolio of offshore wind farms, which will be vital for reaching our ambitious strategic target of reducing Cost of Energy with 40% by 2020. My role is further to challenge pipeline budgets in order to ensure validity and induce cost reduction potentials and serve the board with portfolio analysis and recommendations. I am a key player in facilitating the implementation of our continuous improvements strategy (cost reduction initiatives). Current step is to present projects and line organisation for our strategy via a road show presentation and workshops for senior managers.
