Community And Marketing Operations Manager
CurrentLead full cycle marketing campaigns and overall marketing strategy reporting directly to CEO; Strategize and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features within application.Manage and oversee affiliate and influencer marketing programs, community activations (ex: themed video creation challenges and prompts for rewards), in-app events, weekly streams, and in-person engagement events.Track pipeline efforts to further develop business opportunities and acquire new long term community members.Ensure all product and promotional content aligns with Flickplay’s product strategy while maintaining compliance with licensor’s standards by working with IP licensors, internal product, engineering, management, and marketing teams.Research audiences of potential fans and customers, creating content strategy for various customer personas based on IP popularity and fanbase opinions on social media platforms, chat forums, keyword databases, and various online platforms.
