Hi, I'm Wida, I'm someone who likes to socialize, build relationships with lots of people and likes to learn new things. I think socializing is one way we can think more broadly from various points of view. Knowing many people also makes me have the ability to solve various problems because I am able to analyze and pay attention to how various people solve problems in their own way. I can apply this in the world of work to solve problems from shared perspectives. I am a Bachelor of Economics from Mercu Buana University majoring in Management with a GPA of 3.64/4.00. I have an interest in human resources, employee recruitment, training, development and administration. I am able to operate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and Canva. I have also completed several training and certifications including: Human Resource Fundamentals- My Skill, Employee Performance Management- LKP Cakra and Human Resources- PT Rheinland Indonesia.Apart from that, I am also familiar with Basic Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations. I can use this ability as a first step to start my career in the field of human resources.I have experience working in the Admin field at PT Vivo Mobile Indonesia as a Material Handler with the task of being responsible for maintaining MQFA assets, Monitoring Returns from the Market starting from Mobile phones, chargers, USB to other HP Components, monitoring ongoing project collections, Creating documents required for product delivery to China and to vendors, responsible for attendance in MQFA and making weekly meeting schedules. I like social activities, am able to work with a team, interact easily, have high initiative, easily learn new things and can work under pressure.
