Wided Hasnaoui is Team Leader under the USAID Tunisia JOBS Project, implemented by Chemonics International.She leads the component Workforce Development, implementing Workforce Development initiatives in partnership with the ministries of higher education and vocational training and their related educational institutions. She led Tunisia's first completely online, nationwide platform for internships, which facilitated 3,000 internships for Tunisian youth and young women between 2022 and 2023. She also led the design and implementation of youth employability programs, a sustainable governance and business model for Tunisia’s network of university career centers, improving and expanding career services for 103,000 youth. In addition, she worked to implement higher and vocational education curricula reform that impacted more than 43,000 youth today. Prior to JOBS, Wided was a Business consultant, Master Trainer and university teacher for 14 years. With the support of USAID, she started Tunisia’s first university career center (4C) in 2013 at the Higher Institute of Technological Studies (ISET) Zaghouan, in partnership with the ministry of higher education. She previously worked in advertising, publishing, and information communication technology, including as a marketing manager. She holds a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Tunis El Manar.
