It's often said that experience is the greatest teacher. That must stands true and can be said to describe my professional journey thus far. Being exposed diverse environments that all present specific challenges, I had the opportunity to develop core skills to be adaptive whilst maintaining efficiency in any job spec. Learning to navigate people and their emotions have proven to be the most challenging area as not everyone takes time to listen, assess, analyse and then act. Most people are guided by ego or emotions which often leaves room for error.Quickly identifying issues, learning new processes and being able to dissect their functionality to improve quality or even avoid accidents is one of the skills that I have naturally developed over the years. As I progress to use these experiences to further develop my Analytical Skills, I continue to seek new challenges and exposure to be sharp, learn fast and keep a humble and focused mindset. I am enthusiastic to gain new opportunities for growth.
