I manage activities associated with hospital management and quality control at Bali Mental Hospital under the Non-Medical Support Department. I am responsible for developing working frameworks, evaluating the implementation of 68 integrity standards across 7 departments, and reviewing 35 service standards with my team consisting of 4 people at Bali Mental Hospital.Additionally, I facilitate accreditation assessments for 35 units and analyze patient satisfaction surveys, public service quality, and the anti-corruption perception index.During my two years of work, I successfully implemented a work culture in line with government values and standards, earning an award for a Corruption-Free Region. This recognition was given by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia in 2023. Only 3 out of 36 institutions in Bali achieved this recognition since the program's national implementation in 2014.

Collaborative project assistance for community service programs related to HAM in Papua by STIN & the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia

Manage and develop teams, ensure professional standards of work are maintained and projects are completed to time and budget, complete M&E analysis and reporting on projects undertaken in a timely manner and to the highest professional standard, and help develop methods of project initiation, execution, and delivery—Progress & report to Project Managers and annual meeting. During the six months of work, we have succeeded in creating a new culture by preparing timelines and work progress reports in the field. Therefore, the system is simpler to achieve the program objectives/goals. Thus, trusted in-charged of M&E health programs post-earthquake in North Lombok and as one a trainer for the World Relief team in Lombok North & Wamena Papua).

AASYP aims to inspire Australian and ASEAN youth to engage with each other to learn more about the region, ASEAN affairs and ASEAN-Australia cooperation.It also aims to bring greater visibility to the contributions of youth in strengthening the ASEAN-Australia relationship, to encourage collaboration amongst youth actively working to address regional challenges and to share opportunities

The Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program commonly referred to as The Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program is an annual youth exchange program organised by the Cabinet Office of Japan and governments of Southeast Asian countries for the purpose of promoting friendship and mutual understanding among the youths of eleven Southeast Asian countries and Japan, to broaden their perspective on the world, and furthermore, to strengthen their spirit of international cooperation and practical skills for international collaboration. Since its inception in 1974, the program has organised 45 international voyages attended by youth delegations sent by governments of respective members. Every ASEAN country will select their 28 best youths as their candidates to join with other 289 amazing youths as the goodwill ambassador. I was the representative from Bali for Indonesia contingent. The program lasted for 52 days which includes more than 30 days cruising the sea; and 15 days in total in Japan, Vietnam, Singapore, Myanmar, and Malaysia.

Involved in the Public Health research projects from an early planning stages (building proposal with the team) to project completion, communicating with team members, and verifying that all projects and tasks are on schedule. Collecting data in the field, data analysis, report writing, and developing relevant database structure (both qualitative & quantitative research projects). This varies by project needs.

Communicate effectively with supervisor related to research projects and other staff within the organization; complete and submit to the faculty supervisor weekly time logs. Complete and discuss with the site supervisor the midterm and final evaluations. Attended several lecture activities, research assistant for field assessment and presentation needs for community development in some high school as well as a group of communities, helping out with some research analysis, journal and publication purposes.

Japan Foundation’s HANDs (Hope and Dreams) project is a project that bring young professionals and academics from Asia to learn about Disaster Education and post Disaster preparedness through art and creativity. Throughout this program, we had an opportunity to work together with amazing young artists of Philippine High School of Arts, finding solutions for PHSA issues with design thinking process and visited Tokyo, Sendai, Onagawa, and Ishinomaki to learn about Disaster preparedness and past Disasters.

Starting from planning, engaged with local communities, and together with district stakeholders to build & accelerate “Desa Bijak Antibiotik” in the targeted village (Badung district area).

Collect and back up all data related to the project (collaborative project with BNN). Update and prepare the layout map of the research block with the Census Layout Map. Visit all participants (residents) based on the list provided by the coordinator and have the information entered correctly and completely into the database. Ensure that the entire area assigned to me is covered by visiting all the targeted residents, handover the certificate of complete coverage, acknowledgment slip booklet with all the used and unused slips, and inventory of used/unused material to the province research coordinator. Maintain accurate records of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects, as necessary. Summarize interviews together with team. Prepare progress reports to the coordinator.
