Over the past three months, I have developed my skills using analytics tools such as spreadsheets, SQL, Python, and Tableau. I’m goal-oriented, empathy, assiduous, self-awareness, eager to learn, strong work ethic, and able to work in effective teamwork. I have project experience utilizing a sales dataset to construct a dashboard for tracking sales performance and identifying trends. Developed product recommendations and bundled packages, increasing in transactions and quantity of items sold by 10% at the end of the year and getting a score 89 of 100. This project experience has honed my ability to uncover insights and drive business growth. I am ready to relocate and passionate about leveraging my skills to contribute strategically in my next role.

The objective of this analysis is to increase the quantity of items sold by 10% in the next year.• Handled over 325.000 B2B e-commerce data records using SQL BigQuery and developed a monitoring dashboard to determine the root cause of business problems that have to be faced. • Created customer segmentation using Python with the K-means approach to gain deeper insights through the behavior and characteristics of customers • Developed product recommendations through Collaborative Filtering and Market Basket Analysis for 2 customer segments to enhance the quantity of items sold within a year. • Presented and received satisfactory results and feedback from the Telkom Analytics Team as reviewers.
