Widyarta Mega is a Mass & Digital Specialist for GovTech Edu Indonesia, a thinking and development partner for the Indonesian government to develop & deliver digital transformation in education. In GovTech, she supports community and digital marketing for two products, i.e., ARKAS (school budget management application) and Rapor Pendidikan (platform for action-oriented school report).During her 3+ years experience in digital government, she used digital marketing principle to build trust with the public as well as foster bottom-up participation for better decision making by the government.Outside work, she also conducts several research projects with AIDRAN (Australia-Indonesia Disability Research and Advocacy Network) to promote broader social inclusion and disability-inclusive policy.In 2024, Widyarta Mega was selected as Digital Good Champion from Singapore International Foundation for her initiatives to promote technology for good. Mega obtained a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience and Education from University of Bristol, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia. She is the recipient of the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education scholarship.
