With over a decade experience in working with insurance companies across the full value chain of from underwriting to claims handling, I have gained a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges. By working with large international and local players I know that one size does not fit all. I am passionate about improving the customer experience and helping create a more resilient world for tomorrow. For my life outside Moody`s Analytics, I coach outdoor BootCamp classes for women all year long and love being active with my young family in the mountains. I have spent the vast majority of my adult life living and working across countries/cultures and this fuels my passion in business, as well.
