Project Maji is a social enterprise delivering sustainable access to clean water to address rural water poverty. We typically rehabilitate borewells and equip them with solar-panels and electronic payment systems. We operate 300 solar-powered water kiosks across Ghana, Kenya and Uganda and partner with Governments, Companies and non-profit organisations.

NRS International is a family-run humanitarian business offering innovative products that have social impact to those who need it the most. We are the industry leader in developing and manufacturing core relief items, long-lasting insecticidal nets, and solar products for the humanitarian, public health and development sectors. We serve the leading UN and and Aid Agencies, including UNHCR, UNICEF, MSF and Red Cross globally. I managed the Communications team, translating our corporate identity- and values into an impactful and refreshing cross-media communications strategy, to create powerful tools to inform- and start the dialogue with clients and stakeholders in the humanitarian field.

- Fully responsible and accountable for PR & Communication strategy, planning and implementation for the Dutch market (96 optical stores), managing department and several PR agencies. - Spokesperson and responsible for all media contacts.- Responsible for sponsorships (amongst which sponsorship referees Royal Dutch Football association, KNVB) and Corporate Social Responsibility.- Member of the Dutch Board. - Achievements: Share of voice (based on presence) increase from 35% to 50% in the optical branch in nearly two years time.

- Responsible for in- and external (marketing) communication and contributing to all AZ media channels. such as magazine, match program and www.az.nl for both the Dutch Premier League and UEFA Cup- Managing communication team of AZ Alkmaar (4 direct reports) and acted as deputy press officer.- Responsible for corporate image and translating this into new corporate visual identity. - Accountable for kids marketing; AZ Juniorclub De Waaghalzen (age 0-12) and AZ AllstarZ (age 13-16).
