Het Drenst museum streeft naar het behalen van een (gouden) Greenkey certificaat / keurmerk. Als projectleider / aanjager ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het laten realiseren van de aan dit keurmerk verbonden normen en de certificering.Omdat het Drents Museum een zichtbaar voorbeeld wil zijn voor duurzaam en toekomstbestendig ondernemen wil het Drents Museum een Greenkey certificaat behalen. Met het behalen van dit (gouden) certificaat laat het Drents Museum zien dat zij toekomstbestendig ondernemen serieus neemt.

Opzet en inrichting E-learning omgeving t.b.v. alle medewerkers, vrijwilligers, etc. van Het Hunebedcentrum. In een omgeving met ongeveer 120 vrijwilligers (inclusief wisselingen 200) in Het Hunebedcentrum (part-time) werkende medewerkers, vrijwilligers, etc. is de behoefte aan opleiding zeer groot. Om de inspanning van management en vaste medewerkers te verlagen wordt een E-learning omgeving opgezet en ingericht, geïntegreerd op het al in gebruik zijnde intranet gebaseerd op Wordpress.

Ondersteunen van Beleefpark museum De Wachter t.b.v. een toekomstgerichte ontwikkeling en profilering."Laden" van de term Beleefpark; wat willen we zijn als De Wachter?; Welk verhaal willen we vertellen?; Hoe ontwikkelen we onszelf daarin? Aanbrengen van structuur.
