Currently, I am actively assisting organizations in fulfilling their cloud requirements, concurrently providing guidance to technology departments on strategic technological approaches and best practices.

As a business executive entrusted with shaping the technological vision of the company, I strategically conceived and orchestrated a comprehensive advertising analytics solution capable of seamlessly processing billions of daily transactions. This initiative involved the implementation of cutting-edge measurement technologies focused on enhancing viewability, conversion tracking, and attribution. Notably, I achieved the successful accreditation of two Media Rating Council (MRC) certifications for both display and video viewability measurement.Furthermore, I orchestrated the seamless integration of diverse vendors for critical functions such as fraud detection and data feeds. Concurrently, I adeptly managed a team of both onsite and offshore engineers, ensuring cohesive collaboration and efficient project execution.

Created ad buying/ad exchange advertising platform in Poland, allowing small businesses to purchase highly configurable promotional campaigns based on the group buying analogy. Scale: processed hundreds of millions of impressions and reached about 60% of Internet users in Poland.

Founder of a social network in early 2008, which later that year secured seed funding from VCs. Responsibilities included architecting and implementing a highly scalable, dynamic platform supporting hundreds of thousands of registered members and 100M+ monthly page views. All of the features on the site were implemented from the ground up. Additionally, I was responsible for managing company employees, moderators, as well as our clients.

In charge of architecting and developing the entire application infrastructure from the ground up. Responsibilities included building & managing company's development team, future enhancements and product releases. Worked very closely with directors from other departments to meet company and client needs. In 2008, PeopleFilter was acquired and I decided to part ways and found a start-up.
