As Executive Vice President of Global Operations, William is responsible for the implementation and ongoing operation of our clients’ run-time environments and the shared environments upon which Ensono delivers products, services and support. William is passionate about driving the best possible client experience at every level—technical, operational and commercial—increasing the value of Ensono’s solutions. He joined the company in 2015 with more than 18 years of IT management experience. William received a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and holds an MBA in Information Technology from Fordham University.

Accountable for the high quality complex implementations of $225M of annual revenue. Additionally responsible for the programmatic measurement, management, and resulting process improvements of Customer satisfaction and loyalty programs across the entire $1.6B Hosting Organization. Division consists of 200+ employees spread across 5 domestic and 4 international locations. A member of CenturyLink’s executive team in key strategy and planning capacities.

Selected to build and lead a new sales vertical to address the specific IT requirements and needs of complex, high revenue Global Enterprise Customers in the media and entertainment vertical. Responsible for the vertical’s go to market strategy, staff planning, solution architecture, product marketing and product development. Approved costing, pricing, and margin of deals and held accountable for financial health of the business including a $2.1M annual quota.

Lead a team of 190+ billable resources supporting the East and Financial Services sales regions. Worked directly with Sales to drive explosive Professional Services growth and pull through Managed Services revenue. Ensured successful lifecycle management and service delivery quality, for custom managed services for the region’s most complex outsourcing customers. Full P&L responsibility for annual Consulting revenues of $36M+ and a 40% profit margin.

Managed and directed 120 billable staff members within the Professional Services organization providing full life cycle contract compliance and service delivery. Maintained and accelerated annual Professional Services revenues of $22M, and achieved 27% year over year revenue growth from 2002 to 2003
