As part of the case design team, I provided technical support for the policy service and sales functions of their sophisticated life insurance and estate planning process. I also assisted in preparing financial analysis and modeling utilizing proprietary software systems.

I am responsible for all payroll, tax and accounting duties as well as working on customer sites.

As the Director of Advanced Sales and Case Design, I reviewed case data and worked with our staff attorney and advisors preparing all estate, business succession, income and insurance planning presentations. Our typical cases involved estate preservation, buy/sell funding (direct and indirect), income planning, estate equalization, multi-generational (Generation Skipping Transfer Tax) planning, COLI and pension-owned insurance. Our process frequently used financial modeling as a means to quantify the impact of various planning strategies. Additionally, I was responsible for bi-monthly agency training sessions on insurance and advanced planning.I have worked extensively with clients explaining how the recommended financial products and planning solutions met their business and family needs. I also worked with our producers helping them maximize potential revenue from each sales situation and then assist them to assure that their time and expenses remain in line with expectations. One of the main ways in which I was able to help our advisors was through the use of superior insurance design including company and product selection, product design and funding schedules.In addition to my work with advisors and their clients, I managed our in house I.T needs, facilitated the design of the company website and helped coordinate our transition from paper files to full electronic storage of all office investment and insurance files.
