Wallace has extensive experience in working with both private & public sector clients in a wide range of consulting engagements.As a former Executive for Waste Management Inc. (WM), Bob’s depth of project management & industry waste, recycling, environmental & transportation experience includes the oversight of operations, fleet & stationary equipment maintenance, finance, human resources, business development, sales, safety & environmental compliance while maintaining responsibility for multi-million dollar publicly & privately held assets including: MRFs, transfer stations, WastebyRail intermodal facilities, regional transportation (truck, rail and barge) operations, recycling centers, material recovery facilities, fleet maintenance operations & customer service centers.Wallace has served on various boards including the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), the national solid waste rate committee for the American Public Works Association (APWA), where he co-authored the book entitled "Solid Waste Rate Setting & Financing". Wallace was recently named to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z245 SC 8 Landfills Working Group to assist in establishing national standards on safety, equipment, operations; & practicality to OSHA regulations for landfills in both the public & private sectors in North America.
