Hello! my name is Wijden Manaa. I am a project Administrator at FIS. I collaborate with different stakeholders around training and communication-related topics. I primarily work with colleagues across HR and the communication function. I am responsible for overseeing an English training program and generating and editing content used for internal events communications. I also take the lead in terms of managing our global learning platform, track numbers and analyze data related to learners behaviour and needs. All this to drive new projects and encourage learning.I am holding a masters degree in linguistics( TESOL), a community management certificate and I have been engaged for more than 5 years in the creation and implementation of highly engaged commnications and projects.When I’m not on the job, I love reading books, volunteering.What matters is to create a future within a company that highly appreciates you and to be surrounded by people who have the same drive and motivation as yourself. Driving meaning at work starts with meeting my objectives of becoming a better employee through learning new skills and becoming and advocate for change while having the flexibility to work remotely.
