I believe in selling value and building customer relationships that last.In my youth I was a pioneer in the Finnish Internet and Mobile businesses. I was responsible for some of the first successful web based e-commerce solutions in Finland (1996-99), helped create the first mobile entertainment solutions for NOKIA in -98 including the world’s first WAP comic "Flip and Mick". I have an education and long experience in business development and Information solutions. I have worked as an independent entrepreneur and as a manager for teams of up to 25 people. As a former entrepreneur I have a good understanding of the role of committed people, processes and the bottom line, in any size of company.The last few years I have been focusing on operational development and project steering in the construction Industry with the help of various ICT solutions and technologies. My tasks have included developing support systems for wide range of processes and change management of existing solutions and processes. The Construction industry and it's processes have become very familiar to me during the last 11 years and recently I have been utilizing the experience in my previous tasks as Business Development Manager for software in Topcon Positioning Europe. Recently I have transferred closer to Engineering and OEM Partner management in my role as OEM Program Manager for the EMEA region.Sales management, Construction industry IT processes and solutions in both vertical and infra building.
