I'm passionate about development issues and love to use design methodology to understand, develop and create alternative solutions to challenging and interesting opportunities. I am extremely absorbed in helping people to grow and try to find myself in situations where I can constantly learn new things and contribute with my knowledge. As a researcher, I'm interested in the conditions needed to be innovative, it is commonly referred to as the innovation climate, and how to measure and analyze this to create value for organizations. And over the past 17 years, I have developed my own methods and tools for conducting workshops within a large number of areas.I have the great benefit of my experience from previous jobs and training in my daily work as a researcher and entrepreneur. Everything from the holistic system approach that architects often use to understand which problems need to be solved to the empathic approach a nurse needs to have. But also the companies I’ve started and the fact that I helped over 200 companies to the world, as a business developer.To get the opportunity to do my PhD late in life (started at 39 years) and make the amazing learning process and develop expertise in a new area still gives me amazing moments, and from that time I have also some of my best friends.
