As an international trade specialist I was responsible for purchasing the stock items for further re-sell in the chain of outlet stores. My main responsibilities were seeking the opportunities to develop business, creating the complex lists of items for further analysis, negotiating the deals, visiting suppliers in the field, attending trade faires, building maintaining the relationships with our suppliers and extending the supplier's database. During my employment as a logistics specialist I was the very first person in the Company's branch in Sosnowiec to work on the process of following up the automotive parts deliveries to the factories of our client. I was responsible for creating the knowledge base and training my colleagues in order to launch the process in our Polish office. I was cooperating with more experienced colleagues from the office in Villanova, Italy on piloting the process in our office in Sosnowiec. Besides setting up the entire process I was responsible for obtaining the information regarding the shipments of the parts from numerous suppliers located in Europe and UK using both English and Italian language. My crucial responsibilities were providing the complex information regarding the shipments to our client and daily updates of the database in line with our internal standards and the client's demand.
