I am an Accounts Payable Manager with 13 direct reports, recently transitioning from the role of Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Manager with 8 direct reports. In my previous role as Accounts Receivable Manager, I managed the cash application and invoicing functions for a multi-national company handling 90k+ inbound customer payments and the generation of 250k+ outbound invoices annually. Payment types managed include check, ACH, wire, credit card, and cash for multiple business units. Outbound documentation includes standard and miscellaneous invoices and direct store delivery tickets utilizing multiple output sources including EDI, email, fax, paper, and hand-held devices. My previous experience with Rich Products includes Corporate Accounting support of multiple business channels and the management and journal entry input of all aspects of each unit's income statement and balance sheet, including P&L analysis. I was a primary decision-maker and key contributor during the company's Order-to-Cash Transformation initiative, selecting and implementing the High Radius Cash Application Cloud Solution and SAP Disputes Management module. My responsibilities took me from business case development, RFP review, blueprinting, and design, to implementation and go-live. The project realized a year-over-year net savings of $50k+ from bank fees and efficiencies. The project implementation creates significant scalability without the addition of resources to support future growth. My system experience includes a power-user rating of the SAP SD, FICO and Disputes Management modules, SAP BW, Oracle Hyperion Planning, Power BI, HIgh Radius CAA,, OnBase, and Kofax Readsoft and Process Director. I have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
