  I have been working as Duty resource Manager, initially started working at Woking depot and then recently moved to Wimbledon depot where I Co-ordinate drivers, guards and commercial guards on a day to day basis ensuring efficient use of resources during normal service requirement and in times of disruptions. I ensure fitness of duty of traincrew when booking on and off duty and also responsible for accurate recording of traincrew sickness. I also responsible for first line chain of care when required by traincrew as a leadership role in front-line. I Contribute towards the efficient structure of traincrew diagrams and links through liaison with appropriate route controllers train planning teams and CRO's which enable to deliver and maintain high standard of SWR train performance. In addition I am responsible for certification and authorisation of traincrew overtime ensure all diagram changes are communicated to traincrew and amend traincrew diagrams within terms and conditions. I am currently able to utilise of IT software packages such as Genius, Crewplan, Trust, Sheila, Sheila Evo, P2, etc to improve dissemination of information and improve productivity. I have proven detailed knowledge of train crew conditions of service and depot codifications and also knowledge of route geography, particularly in inner resource area and traction essential. In addition my other responsibilities within the role are: -Ensuring crew notices are up to date with ESR’s, TCB’s, CLNB’s and etc across depots which are accountable for. -Liaison with appropriate route controllers (Inner, Outer and Windsor), SRM’s DRM’s in different other locations, fleet, WICC Solari, train planning teams and CRO's to enable to deliver and maintain high standard of SWR train performance. -Responsible for certification and authorisation of train crew overtime ensure all diagram changes are communicated to train crew and amend train crew diagrams within terms and conditions.
