Serves as an Inspector General (IG) NCO for the United States Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) Assistance Branch in direct support of forward deployed units and more than 90,000 Soldiers, Family Members, DA Civilians, and retirees; receives, assesses, evaluates, and resolves requests for assistance from Soldiers, Family Members, and DA Civilians in geographically dispersed areas throughout Europe; provides accurate, timely, well-researched information and recommendations to the Command IG and the Commanding General on sensitive or urgent matters; serves as theCG's eyes, ears, voice and conscience.Additionally served as the OIG Information Management Officer for four months and ensured that all networks were fully operational and user issues were resolved in a timely manner in lieu of Assistance IG duties.

Experience with the following; basic single and multi-channel radio communications, tactical and commercial satellite data acquisition, LAN/WAN network administration and engineering, server configuration and administration (physical and virtual), and providing lines of communications in various types of environments (permissive and semi-permissive). Served as a Special Operations Communications Team Leader, VIP/Liaison Team Leader, Joint Task Force Site Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge. I have managed small teams (consisted of military and civilian personnel) to be well versed and effective when supporting 1-2 personnel with low visible small communication packages to supporting a multitude of organizations and managing a enterprise level communications structure spanning across multiple continents.
