Wil is a founding Partner and Creative Director for entertainment creative agency, Hustle LA. Founded in 2022, Hustle LA’s mission is to deliver compelling art and supportive partnerships to clients through an inclusive creative environment where people of all backgrounds feel valued and thrive.Today, Wil is an award-winning creative leader, but his journey began as part of his parents’ cleaning crew at B.D. Fox & Friends. Wil took an interest in the work of the Art Directors, and it was through their encouragement and willingness to teach that Wil began his creative journey. From those early beginnings, Wil developed his craft with agencies, Schoolery Design, bpg, and BLT Communications. Most recently, Wil led dozens of buzzworthy campaigns as a Creative Director at Art Machine and Associate Creative Director with BOND.Wil has never forgotten the generosity of his mentors who opened doors that would have remained otherwise closed. Wil stands committed to paying their gifts forward, making space and elevating the next generation’s artists of all backgrounds. Born in El Salvador, Wil, alongside his Abuelita, followed his mother to the United States in search of a better life. His parents’ sacrifices and fearless hustle to provide, instilled in Wil a determination to do the same for his family. Wil now calls the San Fernando Valley home with his wife, Heather, and their two children.
