• Support production line on tester workstation/network problems.• Minimize downtime by periodically monitoring workstations and server performance and carrying out regular housekeeping to avoid problems due to full disk usage.• Setup network and accounts on both new and existing testers.• Provide solutions for customer requests (e.g. VNC connection, Custom Test environments, etc)• Develop projects that aims to help the users and Systems administrator as well to do his job more efficiently.• Carry out workstation upgrades and customizations to meet customer requirements.

• Coordinates customer requirements to various departments that are necessary for a successful product offload.• Support manufacturing in product related issues during mass production• Performs required test correlation, evaluation, and test characterization on new product offloads, and communicates to customer the test results and/or test correlation issues and resolutions if any.• Ensures that test specifications and requirements given by customers are implemented and controlled to avoid quality issues arising from non-compliance.• Provide support to Customer Engineer in addressing program issues as well as program improvements and developments

• Ensures maximum equipment availability by performing Preventive Maintenance and Calibration of the equipment.• Qualifies new equipments in compliance with ON standards.• Ensures that equipment qualifications, maintenance and calibration records are properly documented for traceability and audit purposes.• Installation/De-installation of new equipments or during tester movements/relocation.• Isolates, troubleshoots and debugs various test failures and yield issues. Appropriate action is channeled to the issue owner and possible solutions are recommended to facilitate repair.• Maximize equipment efficiency by using equipment downtime data in finding a permanent fix to the most recurring problems.
