    I've always held supervisor and/or foreman positions throughout my career as a construction worker with extensive hands on experience in all manners of the construction process. For 13 years I've conducted my own business and worked in residential-commercial projects across the U.S. In 2009, I decided to continue my education in construction by earning a B.S Degree in Construction Management which includes methods of engineering concepts in the construction process. Currently, I am restructuring my business to manage teams, companies, contractors, sub-contractors, home owners, and business owners through advising community programs for development. In addition, to educate them on the scaffolding process through sustainable concepts from the procurement stage unto the finalization of their projects no matter how big or small they maybe.
